We are the first parents to come up against technology with our kids and it can be daunting. There are so many unknowns and stories about kids on the internet, what is the best thing to do?
I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr Kristy Goodwin, Children’s Technology and Brain Expert about the 5 common misconceptions around technology and kids. We busted these myths;
1. TV is bad for children;
2. There are safe screen time limits;
3. Video games are harmful for kids (including MindCraft);
4. Screen times cause ADHD; and
5. Kids are easily addicted to technology.
